Clinician Consultation
Working with children, teens and families brings about it’s own unique challenges. When you add the complexities of family members being neurodivergent and/or LGBTQ+ it’s important to understand specific nuances and strategies to affirm all members of a family no matter their neurobiology or identity. There is no one size fits all approach for any population. I am a parent and have both lived experience and professional experience engaging with the aforementioned communities. Maybe pathological demand avoidance (PDA) is perplexing to you? Perhaps autism and ADHD are not identities you are familiar with. Trans kiddos and teens have their own unique level of support and need for understanding, I am here to help you, help them. I love to work with other clinicians and share a deep wealth of knowledge and resources so we all can better serve these wonderfully unique populations.
Base Fee is $180

In addition to being a therapist, I bring with me a plethora of life experience as a former business owner and Montessori preschool teacher. I have a unique ability to carry the variety of skills I have gained into all kinds of workplaces for training and consultation. Perhaps you are hoping to have a more specialized approach for your DEI work with neurdivergent and/or LGBTQ+ populations. Perhaps you are noticing there is frequent communication breakdowns between managers and their teams. I can help your school or company better understand how to help folks with a variety of identities and neurobiology learn to communicate more effectively.
